Chiahsun Tsai, the project leader of the highlighted design Ri Shan Shui by Chiahsun Tsai demonstrates, This series is consisted of Ri /Shan/Shui. Ri/The Chinese character Ri, meaning the sun, is completed when a writing brush is set on the paperweight. It is made of Walnut and brass to express the warmth of and handwriting. Shan/The shape of this paper town reflects the Chinese character Shan. In Chinese poetry, the mountain is a conceptual metaphor of a scholar’s integrity. Shui/The transparent of glass represents water flow, reminding people that words can be as soft as water, yet powerful..
