Floating House

The Floating House is a three-level home located in the Central Valley of Costa Rica. The building measures about 400 square meters and is placed on a sloping hillside site. Passive design strategies guide the project, including site-specific positioning and the use of natural resources. Industrial and prefabricated building techniques are combined with locally harvested and regenerative materials. Large roof overhangs protect the spaces below from rain and solar radiation. Solar energy is collected on the roof. Terraced gardens and balconies face the surrounding landscape.

Briiv Pro

Briiv Pro is an air purifier designed for use in homes and offices. Briiv Pro replaces fossil-fuel derived plastics with bioplastics, moss, coconut fibre and recyclable glass. Control is possible through an LED interface, a proximity sensor for touchless use, or a mobile application. Several units can be linked to clean the air in larger spaces. Power use and filter replacement costs are kept low.

It flat packs to reduce co2 emissions, assembles in under a minute, and includes USB-C powered lights with international plugs. Compact, sustainable, and easy to store, it offers a modern, planet friendly alternative to conventional holiday trees.

Regen

Regen introduces a graphic system where living root structures function as both visual language and material substrate. Instead of printing on inert surfaces, communication emerges through controlled biological growth. Each artifact operates simultaneously as a visual message, living organism, and biodegradable outcome. By aligning legibility with ecological cycles, the project reframes graphic production as a regenerative process, proposing an alternative model where communication evolves, transforms, and reintegrates into natural systems rather than generating waste.

Ringo Gamaguchi

This product takes the shape of an apple because it is crafted from Ringo Tex, a synthetic leather derived from apple waste. Its dimensions are based on the size of a real small apple, emphasizing its origin. Its main feature is its slimness, not usually seen among clasp purses. This was achieved by adopting a sewing approach different from conventional purses, allowing the structure to remain thin. The intention was to create a product that can easily fit into bags or pockets, allowing coins and other small items to be carried smartly without adding much bulk.
